Ruff Patch Service Guidelines
Our goal is to leave your yard cleaner, healthier, and more enjoyable. To help set clear expectations, please review the following service guidelines:
Pet Waste Removal
We carefully search the accessible areas of your yard and remove all pet waste that can reasonably be located and collected.
Loose Stool & Diarrhea
We will remove loose or soft stool whenever it can reasonably be collected. Liquid waste or residue that cannot be picked up may remain after service. Standard pet waste removal does not include hosing, pressure washing, or scrubbing affected areas.
Yard Access
Customers are responsible for providing safe and reliable access to the service area on the scheduled service day. Locked gates or other access issues may prevent service. Please notify us in advance of any changes to gate codes, locks, or access instructions.
Yard Conditions
Tall grass, excessive leaves, heavy debris, standing water, or other conditions may make pet waste difficult to locate. We will always make a reasonable effort to clean the accessible service area, but complete removal cannot be guaranteed under these conditions.
Dogs & Other Pets
We’re happy to work around friendly pets. However, if a pet displays aggressive or unsafe behavior, we may ask that the pet be kept indoors during future visits.
Weather & Safety
Service may be delayed or rescheduled due to severe weather, unsafe conditions, or other circumstances that prevent us from safely completing the service.
Recurring Service
Pet waste that accumulates between scheduled visits is normal. Service frequency should be appropriate for the number of dogs and the amount of waste produced. If the amount of accumulated waste consistently exceeds what is reasonable for the selected service plan, we may recommend a different service frequency or adjust pricing.
Missed Waste
If you believe an area was missed, please contact us as soon as possible. We want you to be satisfied with your service and will work with you to address reasonable concerns.
